If you don't know already or haven't researched the topic, journaling - the practice of writing down thoughts, feelings, and experiences - is very therapeutic. It's an incredibly powerful way to process stress, trauma, and the chaos of life.

There are many, many, many resources out there for journaling so we won't delve into them. Our aim is to give you a journaling prompt from our curated list to use however you will. Our hope is that you will use it to get to know yourself better; to process the myriad of things that are going through your head, in your body, and in your life, to give you some room to bring some balance into your corner of the world; to give you a moment to breathe.

Below the journaling prompt, we'll give you some of our own and others writings. Thoughts on a variety of subjects, zeroing in on certain topics as well as sharing really interesting things we've come across.

If you are a beginner journaler, here are some good journaling prompts to try. Simply copy and paste these journaling prompt examples into your journal. These prompts are just a starting point, and you can adjust them or come up with your own to fit your needs and interests.
